PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING NOTICE

3. Purpose of processing

  • 3.1. To create a doctor/column manufacturer profile for access to the "Scoliosense" application/platform through which medical monitoring of patients with scoliosis is provided.
  • 3.2. For the use as a doctor/columnist of the "Sxoliosense" application/platform by doctors/column manufacturers

4. Legal basis of processing

4.1 The processing is necessary for the performance of a service contract between the user of the application/platform "Scoliosense" and the controller providing the application/platform (Article 6 (1b) GDPR).

4.2 For Swiss residents, processing is based on your consent and on overriding private interests in providing and improving medical monitoring services, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP).

5. Personal data collected

  • 5.1 Name
  • 5.2 Surname
  • 5.3 Username (if identifiable).
  • 5.4 E-mail (In case this is identifiable personal data).
  • 5.5 Mobile phone number.
  • 5.6 Home or work address.

6. Recipients

  • 6.1 The Data Controller and its employees
  • 6.2 External partners of the Controller (in particular cloud service provider Microsoft Azure)
  • 6.3 The personal data of the subjects are not transferred to third parties other than the above, nor to a third country or international organization.
  • 6.4 All personal data is stored and processed within the European Union/EEA, which is recognized by the Swiss Federal Council as providing adequate protection.

7. Storage period

7.1 Personal data is retained for as long as necessary for the use of the application / platform as well as for 30 days after its deactivation
