4.1. The processing is necessary for the fulfillment of a service contract between the user of the application/platform "Scoliosense" and the controller providing the application/platform (Article 6 (1b) GDPR).
4.2. The processing is necessary for preventive or professional medicine purposes (Article 9 (2) GDPR) and is carried out under the responsibility of the subject's treating physician (Article 9 (3)) and the columnar manufacturer, who carry out further processing for which they themselves are Responsible.
4.3. The processing is necessary for archiving purposes in the public interest, for scientific or historical research purposes, or for statistical purposes (Article 9 (2) GDPR).
4.4. For Swiss residents, processing is based on your consent and on overriding private interests in providing and improving medical monitoring services, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP).
7.1 Personal data (common or special category) is retained for as long as necessary for monitoring by the clinician and in any case for the entire period that the subject uses the application, as well as for 30 days after its deactivation.
7.2 Non-identifiable statistical data shall be retained for 20 years after collection.
You hereby declare that you fully understand the above and have been informed about the processing of your Personal Data (including special categories of data) which is a necessary condition for the use of the application/platform "Scoliosense", as well as about the pseudonymised publication and presentation of scientific research results.
For residents of Switzerland under 16 years of age, consent must be provided by a parent or legal guardian.
In case of a personal data breach, we will notify the competent authority and, where necessary, affected individuals as soon as possible, in line with Swiss law.
